3BR Park City View Home | Hot Tub | Pet-Friendly

Wake up over the water. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in Hideout frames Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Valley, and the Wasatch from nearly every window — including from the private hot tub overlooking the lake. Inside: a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances and gas range, a Peloton and free weights, three decks, a heated driveway for easy winter access, and designer furnishings throughout. Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and Main Street are all under 10 miles.

Three levels, thoughtfully laid out. The main bedroom suite has a plush king bed, Jordanelle views, a private bath with heated floors and dual vanities, and device charging at the bedside. Two more bedrooms (queen each) sit on the first floor, and a flexible loft adds sleeping space — six guests total. The kitchen handles serious cooking: gas range, coffee maker, Instapot, air fryer, slow cooker, dining for six plus three at the island. Dual washer/dryer units, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a whole-home humidifier. The two-car garage has dedicated gear storage, and parking is capped at four vehicles per group.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Kitchen stocked with the basics; luxury linens, towels, and hot tub towels included; free Wi-Fi and satellite TV; laundry detergent provided. As currently published, the pet policy allows only pre-approved pets under 30 lbs (1 pet max, $60 pet cleaning fee; pets must be specified on the reservation, well-behaved, leashed outside, and kept off furniture and beds — bring pet bedding).
