7BR Mountain Retreat | Hot Tub | Sleeps 16

Built for the whole crew. This 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom Trappers Ridge home sleeps 16 — one of the largest in our portfolio — with a private hot tub, cozy fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and Sonos sound throughout. Add the clubhouse, seasonal pool, gym, and tennis and basketball courts, and family reunions basically plan themselves.

4,800 square feet designed for big groups. The kitchen is a genuine cook's kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for feeding sixteen. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full en-suite bath. Walking and hiking trails with panoramic Ogden Valley views leave right from the front door (watch for wild turkeys in summer). High-speed Wi-Fi and Sonos throughout keep everyone connected and the playlist going.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.

Concierge services are available during your stay — just ask! We can help arrange grocery and food delivery, a private chef, childcare, dog walking, airport transportation, private workout classes like Pilates and yoga, in-home massage, custom IV therapy, mid-stay cleaning, baby gear (crib, high chair, pack 'n play), celebration setups with flowers, cake, and balloons, firewood delivery, restaurant reservations, ski and snowboard rental delivery, private ski lessons, snowmobile and ATV tours, boat and jet ski rentals on Pineview, fishing trips, a family photo session, and sound bath or guided breathwork sessions.
