Sleepy Bear Retreat | Private Hot Tub & Views

Sleepy Bear Retreat is brand-new and built for big family weeks: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping 14, with mountain and valley views from nearly every level. The private hot tub seats eight, the dining table stretches to seat fourteen, and the lower-level bunk room (four full-size beds) might be the kids' favorite room in Eden.

Windows with gorgeous views throughout, and smart TVs in every room.

The first floor is one open space with a full, well-stocked kitchen, a living room, and a dining room that seats 10. From the living room, sliding doors open to the deck, with comfortable seating and a grill.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with a large shower and his and hers sinks, plus private doors to the deck. Another bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an adjacent full bathroom with a tub and shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer completes the floor.

Downstairs, another living room opens to a patio with a private hot tub and a fun ski lift chair. The first bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet, with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower next door off the hallway. The second bedroom has a king bed, in-room access to the hallway bathroom, and a private door to the patio. The third bedroom has two built-in bunk beds with full mattresses and a private en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, a private door to the patio, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and his and hers sinks.
